On this project, I was project manager from schematic design through construction. My responsibilities included management of the preparation of contract documents including specifications for the new building, site planning, and demolition of the abandoned four-story power building. In addition I was the on-site project manager during the construction, which involved multiple prime contracts with 33 contractors. There were also 22 FFE vendors.
